Your privacy is our main concern.  CohesiveFT respects the privacy of our customers, business partners and employees.  We have created this Privacy Policy to assist you in understanding the measures CohesiveFT has taken to manage and protect the personal information you have provided to us. This Privacy Policy applies to CohesiveFT and its subsidiaries.

If you do not agree with the statements set forth in this Privacy Policy, you may not use this website.  This Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into CohesiveFT’s Terms of Service Agreement.

Use of Information Collected by CohesiveFT

Generally, you will be given the opportunity to opt out of having your personal information shared with these third parties.  However, if you request information on any of our products/services, CohesiveFT may provide your information to third party distributors who may subsequently contact you directly to purchase such products/services.  In such cases, you will not have the opportunity to opt out of having your information shared with these third party distributors.
 
The website may link to third party sites, which CohesiveFT does not own or control and which are controlled by third parties.  If you access those links, you will leave the CohesiveFT website.  Such websites may have different privacy policies than CohesiveFT.  We do not make any representations about third party websites.  The personal data you choose to give to unrelated third parties is not covered by CohesiveFT’s Privacy Policy.  CohesiveFT encourages you to review the privacy policy of any company before submitting your personal information.  Some third party companies may choose to share their personal data with CohesiveFT and that sharing is governed by that third party company’s privacy policy.

If CohesiveFT becomes involved in a merger, acquisition, or any form of sale of some or all of its assets, we will provide notice of such transaction on our website before personal information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

You can review the personal information you provided us and make any desired changes to the information, or to the settings for your CohesiveFT account, at any time by logging in to your account on the CohesiveFT website.  We will make good faith efforts to provide you access to your personal information upon request and to let you correct such data if it is inaccurate and delete it, when reasonably possible.  You can also close your account through the CohesiveFT website.  We may retain certain data contributed by you if it may be necessary to prevent fraud or future abuse, or for legitimate business purposes, such as analysis of aggregated, non-personally-identifiable data, account recovery, or if required by law.  All retained data will continue to be subject to the terms of the CohesiveFT Privacy Policy that you have previously agreed to.  To request that we close your account and remove information from the CohesiveFT database, please contact us .  You will receive a response to requests within three (3) business days of our receiving it.

Choice and Consent

CohesiveFT does not require you to provide personal information to CohesiveFT.  The decision to do so is voluntary.  However, if you do not provide the personal information requested, you may not be able to proceed with the activity or receive the benefit for which the personal information is being requested.

Additionally, you may choose to no longer receive information about CohesiveFT, its products and services.  If so, you may contact CohesiveFT at and let CohesiveFT know that you no longer wish to receive such information.   

Security

At CohesiveFT, we are committed to securing and protecting the personal information we receive from you.  In order to secure your personal information, access to your information on CohesiveFT’s website is password-protected, and sensitive data, such as credit card information, is protected when it is exchanged between your web browser and our website.  To protect any data you store on our servers we also regularly audit our system for possible vulnerabilities and attacks and we use industry-standard controls including Internet firewalls, intrusion detection and network monitoring.

CohesiveFT reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy without prior notice, including ways in which your personally identifiable data may be used or shared.  In the event CohesiveFT updates or modifies this Privacy Policy, CohesiveFT shall display a notice on this site.  You should review this Privacy Policy at least every thirty (30) days to be aware of any such updates or modifications.  Your continued use of this website after receipt of notice of updates or modifications to this website shall constitute your acceptance of the modified Privacy Policy.

CohesiveFT will engage in periodic self-assessment to verify that it continues to be in compliance with this Privacy Policy.  

Enforcement

Please feel free to direct any questions or concerns regarding CohesiveFT’s treatment of personal information to our privacy policy contact or at the address stated below.  It is CohesiveFT’s policy to contact the complaining party regarding his/her concerns.  We will cooperate with the appropriate regulatory authorities to resolve any complaints regarding the transfer of personal information that cannot be resolved between CohesiveFT and the individual.
